Back into the routine

Year 6 admirably slipped back into the routines they had been establishing in the first two weeks of term.

The pace of learning began to pick up too with children beginning to plan to use a variety of sentences in their writing. In Maths, among other things, the children studied negative numbers in context. Our Science involved looking at the Linnaeus classification system and analysing the positives of it and why further knowledge revealed its limitations. 

On Wednesday, the children were exemplary when walking to the church with their Reception buddy.
