Day 1 on the Isle of Wight

Year 6 are happily settled into their new 'home from home' after a fun day visiting HMS Victory and the Naval Museum.  After a breezy trip on the ferry, we arrived at our hotel where we enjoyed a tasty dinner before heading to Sandown Beach.  The brave souls amongst us (the children) ventured into the water before playing games on the beach or building sandcastles. We then headed back for biscuits and a bedtime story.
